After the trial, you must purchase a yearly subscription to continue using the full version.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is completed.
Brikz may revise pricing, features, or plans at any time.
Failure to renew may restrict access or suspend your account.

5. Subscription & Ownership of Source Code

Clients who subscribe to our services do not receive ownership or authority over the source code, software framework, backend system, or core platform architecture.:

The source code remains the sole property of the company, and cannot be transferred, resold, customized externally, or distributed by the client.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate personal and business information.
Use Brikz only for lawful business activities.
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
Take responsibility for activities under your account.

Brikz is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by negligence.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data (invoices, leads, expenses, salaries, etc.).

Brikz only stores and processes your data to operate the platform.

10. Restrictions on Use

Sell, sublicense, or resell Brikz.
